The apartment is recently renovated and very comfortable. I daily verify that everything works correctly. I love the living room: a white color triumph, with a beautiful kitchen and a white wooden table. There is a free WiFi connection. The use of shared kitchen is on demand: it costs 8 Euros per day. The guests can freely use the shared fridge and the freezer.
I like to talk with foreigners: it is the smartest way to learn and improve. I make guests to feel at home and once they book I prevent any of their needs. When they check in I explain everything clearly and in detail
In a 10 minutes walk you can reach the Colosseum, the archeological area, Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Venezia Square: it is a unique walk. Furthermore, Termini train station is very close: therefore it is easy to get here from Rome's airports. Capocci Tower and Cerroni Tower are few metres from the apartment gate: they come from two Middle Age powerful Roman families. Tourists love them and they are easily visible from the apartment windows. The apartment is in Monti, the coolest area of Rome, full of shops and trendy restaurants.
