The Manilla House is a large one-level flat in a historic building in Montepulciano. The environment has been recently renovated, blending some of the original features of the house with fresh, contemporary elements. It offers guests 3 spacious rooms with different features and amenities: Room Esagona consists of a comfortable and bright room, with the possibility of an extra bed, private bathroom with shower, TV, wi-fi, and a kitchen for the exclusive use of the room. Palme room consists of a spacious double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, tv, wi-fi and living area with sofa bed for 2 people for the exclusive use of the room. Mansardina Room is composed of a large and bright double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, tv, wi-fi, cozy corner fro relax.
The structure is located in the ZTL (restricted traffic zone). Bars, restaurants, banks, shops, and various services are easily reachable on foot, while for further necessities there is a public urban transport line called "Pollicino". The car can be parked in the public car parks P6 P7 P8, perimeter to the center of the village in the upper part and within walking distance of the accommodation. The accommodation enjoys a strategic position, just a few steps from the most important square in the town, Piazza Grande. In summer there are many events such as the Festival Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte, the Bruscello Poliziano, the Bravio delle Botti and Calici di Stelle, to name but a few. While in winter the square is adorned with the lights and colors of the Christmas markets and Santa's house. Montepulciano is a good starting point for visiting the Val d'Orcia, Pienza, Monticchiello, Montalcino, Bagni di San Filippo and Monte Amiata, as well as the shores of Lake Trasimeno. With a few more kilometers you can easily reach Siena or Perugia.
