This structure, located in the Umberto I district, offers a perfect connection with all areas of the city. It consists of two residential units, the Black Room and the White Room, both equipped with a large double space and a private bathroom. The entrance is shared with other guests. Black Room, is characterized by an essential and geometric style, with decorative and everyday objects. This room, intimate and young, has a unique contemporary character. White Room, with its minimalist design, offers a unique atmosphere. The sleeping area and the bathroom are separated by a dividing curtain and the floating reclaimed wood floor highlights its elegant and sophisticated character.

The building built in 1954 is located in the historic Umbertino district. In Piazza Brin, the heart of the district, the Liberty of La Spezia was born.
