At the top of the hill, with spectacular views (540.00 m. above sea level), Il Rifugio is 17th century apartment located inside the Podere I Rovai complex, in the heart of Florentine Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves. Apartment of 90.00 square meters. on the first floor, equipped with a little private fenced garden equipped with table and chairs, barbecue available, also ideal for four-legged friends; central heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets to all windows; rustic furnishings, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, exposed beams; TV sat; Free Wi-Fi; bathroom with linens, hairdryer and courtesy set; little kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, safe, double bedroom with terracotta floors and exposed beams (attic). There is a ladder. The apartment is located in the back part of the farm. For reservations on the same day we ask you to warn us a little earlier in the winter months. In the summer we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you leave, eventually we will show you how to set a timer. We ask you to make proper use of the apartment and leave it in good condition. Given the presence of stairs, if you want we can help you with your luggage, just ask us!In winter the heating is condominium and is set at 18/20 degrees

From the MALL (near Podere Rovai) buses leave for Florence Santa Maria Novella every half hour. You can also rent a car at Hertz in Figline Valdarno or ask for car delivery service at The Mall. Autobus Alterini from Florence to Reggello-Pietrapiana. The Rovai are located near all the most important locations, (30 minutes from Florence, 1 hour from Siena, 20 minutes from Chianti, 10 minutes from Valdarno). It is also located only 8 km from the famous THE MALL, a high-end shopping mall, and ten minutes from the A1 exit of Incisa. The central location of the farm allows you to reach also San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Casentino, Mugello and many other Tuscan artistic and cultural centers. The services included in the accommodation are bed linen and bath towels. The parking is inside the Podere. From I Rovai you can discover our Tuscany culture, in all their independence; it is near Vallombrosa . Our family lives in the I Rovai estate and will always be at your disposal without invading the privacy of our customers. To get on google maps insert Località Rovai Pietrapiana Reggello (43 ° 41 '42.0' 'N 11 ° 32' 12.0 '' E); Do not turn to VALLE 1 but continue straight. Reggello oil city!
