The Residence Chris Appart Carezza is located in the middle of the Carezza ski and hiking area, just 800 meters from the Paolina chairlift and 1km from Lake Carezza. Facilities include a furnished garden, terrace, barbecue, free WiFi in public areas and a small lounge. The apartments at Chris Appart feature a TV, balcony or terrace with panoramic views of the Latemar and the Rosengarten massif, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a seating/dining area. A bus stop with connections to Bolzano is 80 meters away, the mini market is 100 meters away and there is also a bar and a pizzeria in the neighborhood. Parking on site is free.
