The apartment Eidechsspitz is located in the Residence Condor, in a quiet, sunny and central position of Meransen, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Eisack Valley, Puster Valley and the Dolomites, and is the ideal vacation destination in every season. From here you can stop at one of the 30 rustic alpine huts, ski in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area or go on a hike or mountain bike tour against a picturesque backdrop. The modernly furnished apartment has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and one child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and toys on request. Washing machine and dryer are also available on request for a fee. The outdoor area is a great place to wind down the evenings with a glass of wine on your balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. In the shared area of Residence Condor guests will find a sauna to relax in, a beautiful communal garden with a large lawn and an open terrace. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while the children romp on the playground (slide, climbing tower, sandbox). Parking is available on the property. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. Bicycles can be rented on site. There is also a ski storage room. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
