Located about two kilometers from the ferries, beaches, and the historic center of Messina, the villa provides a peaceful and private environment, ideal for those seeking a comfortable stay with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms and dépendances, all with private entrances, are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, and LED TVs. Bed linen, towels, and hairdryers are provided to ensure a convenient and relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and an international library with board games. While it is a quiet and private area, it is well-connected to the main attractions and strategic points of the city. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and tranquility without sacrificing convenience: Only 3 km from the historic center of Messina. 2 km from the ferries to Calabria and other destinations. Just a few minutes from the Pace waterfront and the MUME Museum of Messina, which houses works by Caravaggio and Antonello da Messina. Near the university district and UNIME, the CUS Messina sports center with a pool, and the Pala Nebiolo baseball field. The ATM bus lines 20, 22, and 23 stop right in front of the villa at the "Contrada Citola" stop. However, we recommend moving around with your own means for greater convenience, especially for reaching more distant places. This hillside area offers the perfect balance between nature, tranquility, and strategic connections to the main points of interest.
