The apartment consists of a bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A colorful living room with sofa bed (matrimonial) and the kitchen area. Sea view terrace with table. The 45 sqm apartment has air conditioning, two televisions, wi-fi, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave. You can access by self-check-in starting from 4 pm. In the house you will find sheets and towels for the declared number of guests. Cleaning and linen is managed by a professional cleaning company, with extensive attention to hygiene. For this reason, I kindly ask you to respect the check-in and check-out times. Online check-in is required and mandatory before arrival. In the building there are 2 lifts, guardian, private parking. A large plunge pool and another for children, both with beautiful views of the beach and the sea. Pool is open 10-13 and 15-20 with lifeguard. From the beginning of May ,On the beach there are two sun beds and an umbrella reserved for you, included in the reservation.
20 meters from the apartment you will find a small supermarket with bread, fruit and vegetables and everything you need to prepare lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The nearest pizzeria is 30 meters away, where the pedestrian area begins with shops, restaurants, pharmacy and all services. Caribe Bay water park (Aqualandia) is 1 km away.
