Located directly opposite the Coliseum in the centre of Rome, B&B First Floor offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Soundproofed, all rooms at the B&B First Floor present a modern design. Each includes a safe, flat-screen TV and fridge. The property does not have a lift. It is placed above the Coming Out restaurant bar, reference point for the LGBTQIA+ community and inclusive venue that serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner, enriched with events every night.
