Via Roma 52 Suite Romantic Lake View is a prestigious apartment with a wonderful lake view on the attic floor (with lift), welcoming and well-equipped in the historic center of Stresa on Lake Maggiore. It is located in a central but quiet structure within walking distance of everything: lakeside, bars, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, bank, etc... A wonderful view of the lake, the historic center and the mountains make it a unique place to spend your holiday days, a true jewel ideal for couples seeking comfort, romance and relaxation. Services: Flat Wifi, independent air conditioning and heating, large, very bright living room with complete and equipped kitchenette, a large terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the historic center and the mountains, towels and bed linen included, coffee machine espresso and moka coffee, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, fridge and freezer, accessories and basic products for cooking, etc.... In a very central position but at the same time the apartment is quiet and peaceful. On request we offer various services, including: private and covered garage, ticket office for the Borromean Islands, excursion desk (from May to September), transfers to and from airports/stations , taxi service and rental with driver. For any need or information, Patrizia will be at your disposal to make your holiday in Stresa memorable.
Hi, I'm Patrizia, with passion, attention, courtesy and availability, I manage 2 apartments (in the same structure) in Stresa in a very central but very quiet area. A few years ago they were my home (Romantic Suite) and my parents' (Family Apartment) so I am particularly fond of them and I take care of them as if they were still my home. It is only recently (Aprire 2022) that, in addition to being a mother, I have dedicated myself to this second job, but the satisfaction and pleasure of being able to make my guests happy and see them leave with excellent memories of Stresa fills me with pride. If you decide to come to me, I will be extremely honored and you will always be welcome.
Stresa is the PEARL OF LAKE MAGGIORE... the Borromeo Islands are the most fascinating place, but the whole area, from Mottarone to the lakes of Mergozzo and Orta, are certainly a destination to visit for those who decide to spend a few days of holiday and relaxation in Stresa. The apartment is located in a very central but very quiet street (limited traffic area) a few steps from everything you may need: supermarket, laundry, bars, restaurants, banks, etc... It can be easily reached on foot both from train station (10 minutes) and from the boat embarkation (3 minutes). The long lake, the beaches and the boat dock for the Borromeo Islands are 200 meters away. the nearest airport is Milan Malpensa which is 52 km away and there are various options to reach the apartment; don't hesitate to ask us for information about this!!
