Torrigiani Apartments is a mansion located on the slopes of the hills surrounding Quarrata, in Tuscany. The villa has all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking and guests can also enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi pool. The house has been recently renovated and is divided into two main structures: The first can accommodate 5 people as it is equipped with 2 master bedrooms and a single bed on the loft; in addition, there are 2 bathrooms and, finally, an open space area with a fully equipped kitchenette overlooking the garden; this area is also equipped with a sofa and a flat-screen TV to enjoy relaxing moments. The second structure can accommodate up to 4 people, as there are two master bedrooms and other 2 bathrooms, but, in this case, both with a shower. You can find a living area with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Both structures are equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathrooms. As for the outdoor area, the villa is surrounded by a large and fenced well-kept garden. Here you can find a gazebo with sliding glass walls, ideal for summer days, in order to start the day with a good outdoor breakfast. In addition, just outside, there is a jacuzzi pool that fits up to 8 people, also equipped with sun beds, so as to create the ideal place to relax but also to plan meetings with your friends. EXTRA COSTS (to be paid directly to the owner and not included in the total price): security deposit: 500 euro (which will be returned at the end of the stay)
The villa is located into the outskirts of a small town, but it is just 800m from the center, so it is easily reachable. The location allows an easy access, both by car and by means of public transport from places such as Florence, Pistoia, Prato, Lucca, Versilia beaches and Montecatini Terme. The location is great for those who wish to spend their holidays surrounded by the landscapes of Tuscany, between culture and relax. Quarrata is at 800m from the mansion (and in Quarrata there are all kinds of shops), Pistoia is at 14 km, Montecatini Terme at 27 km, Florence at 30 km, Lucca at 55 km, Pisa at 77 km, Viareggio at 76 km, Forte dei Marmi at 87 km. The nearest airport is Florence Airport, which is 19 km away.
