Eufonia Apartment was born in 2021 thanks to Antonio Santoro, who as property manager, had always had the desire to create a company capable of offering a service to tourists that was 'unique'. In Eufonia's roster there are currently 3 holiday homes and 1 guest house in the Prati area and a holiday home in the Policlinico Gemelli area. Our strong point is the Reception and Customer Service, which begin from the moment of booking and continue for the entire duration of the stay: we love to assist our guests and advise them as best as possible, 'guide' them to discover the City and its monuments with suggestions aimed at their needs. Antonella follows the guests from the moment of booking, takes care of the Reception at check-in and Communication with the guests with extreme availability and dedication. Alongside her we find Mattia who takes care of the reception and who takes care of our social pages with photos, reels and promotional and informative videos, and Silvia, the latest arrival at Eufonia, who, in perfect line with the philosophy of Eufonia, awaits our guests upon their arrival with a smile. We work every day with a smile on our lips and a great desire to convey the passion for this job!

The property is located on the ground floor of a historic building, has three bedrooms each with a private and independent bathroom. Guests can use the shared spaces, namely the small outdoor garden and the coffee area. All rooms are covered by free wi-fi. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe, mini fridge, kettle. The bathroom with hairdryer, shower column with shower head and hand shower, shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

The house is located in the Prati district on the right bank of the Tiber. The district extends from Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican Walls. It is one of the most elegant and charming areas of Rome, full of grand boulevards, shops, large squares, coffee shops and pubs. As a tourist you will have an easy access to places such as Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel or reach Cavour bridge and take a trip boat on the Tevere River. For lovers of shopping, from Piazza Risorgimento to Via Ottaviano and to Via Cola di Rienzo, the roads in the area are renowned for the quantity and the variety of shops, stalls and markets. In about 600mt, there is the famous market of fresh fruits and vegetables of Andrea Doria street, the Mercato Trionfale, one of the most traditional and typical in Rome. In 10 min walk you will be in Via Cola di Rienzo, the most important shopping street of the city, with via del Corso.
