Welcome to our charming contemporary apartment on the shores of Lake Como, located in the pretty village of Griante, with beautiful views across the lake to picturesque Bellagio and the mountains. Spread across a single level, this modern, elegant, light-filled, air-conditioned apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Free wi-fi is available. There are two spacious bedrooms - each with a comfortable double bed; and a modern bathroom with a shower. The large French windows in the living room ensure the maximum advantage of the spectacular views. An internal staircase gives access to a private rooftop terrace with breathtaking 240-degree views, adding to the exclusivity of this striking location. Sip a coffee, relax in privacy after a swim in the lake or enjoy an aperitivo in the evening surrounded by the twinkling lights around the lake. The apartment is conveniently located along the Via Regina and can be reached by few stairs The property includes a secure private parking just underneath.

This small and peaceful lakeside village is a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation and is in close proximity to some of the most sought-after tourist spots on Lake Como, including Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta.
