我的房源是一个一户建,也就是带院子的二层小楼。这个房源是一楼的整租。地理位置优越，安静舒适。整个面积有70多个平方，有两个卧室一个客厅洗漱间，浴室和卫生间干湿分离空间大。卧室可以互通也可以关闭成独立房间。 预定前请了解注意：一楼和二楼的客人都从一个大门进出，玄关属于大家的公共空间。二楼客人从玄关就上楼梯了，不会经过一楼的私人空间，不会使用一楼的任何设备。 一个榻榻米房间,睡的是日式的布団(地铺)。一个房间是两个单人床和一个沙发床。每个房间可以住3-4人，每个房间都有锁。卫浴干湿分离，房间，客厅和厨房，空间都非常大。 My house has two floors and a courtyard. This booking is only for the first floor with an area of no less than 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a toilet. The toilet has a large space, with the partition dividing the shower and washing basin. The two bedrooms are connected, but also can be closed as two separate rooms. IMPORTANT before booking: Guests from first and second floor enter through the SAME door. The entryway (genkan) is public area for both group of guests. Second floor guests climb stairs after using the genkan. They will neither go through personal space nor use any item in the first floor.
