Located in Kotoni area, Nishi-ku, Sapporo. 30min drive to the nearest ski resort, 9 minutes walk from JR Kotoni station. about a 3-minute walk from the shopping mall directly connected to the station. You can enjoy the view of the river from the window. The river has beautiful greenery river bank, you can enjoy walking, jogging on the riverbed. The windows are on the east and south sides. Wi-Fi and a parking lot are available for free. *If you plan long term stay, Please drop us a message. ^^ The space An 8-minute walk from JR Kotoni Station. It is a 2-minute walk after passing through the shopping mall directly connected to the station. The nearest Kotoni station is an 8-minute walk on the map, but you can move indoors through the building connected, and only 2 mins walk from the exit of the building which is convenient even in bad weather. The building has the elevators and escalators, making it easy to move your suitcases. Convenience stores, Starbucks, Ito-Yokado, 100 yen shops, restaurants, and shopping streets are near by. Only a few stops away from the big city of Sapporo and the tourist town of Otaru. The nearest ski resort, AsarigawaOnsen Ski resort is only 30 min drive away. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathroom dryer, perfect for drying clothes and gloves after skiing or snowboarding in winter.
