Enjoy an extraordinary stay within a large and beautiful Japanese house where you can have an optional tea ceremony. A 7 bedroom house which is suitable for regular sightseeing or long-term business stays for those working or studying in Sendai. We can accommodate large groups across tase rooms such as corporate training camps, schools or social gathering. Suitable for children, and pets are welcome with prior permission. You are free to bring your own amenities or we will provide them. Guests are also allowed to use the garden and courtyard for a BBQ or general relaxing. We often provide our guests with a tea ceremony experience, pleasing our guests from all over the world with traditional Japanese hospitality of local traditional sweets from Sendai and delicious matcha. Please let us know if you would like this option as an extra to your stay We are welcoming new and repeat guests, hosted by the tea ceremony master who is the manager of the inn and looking forward to your visit.
The home owner is a member of many local groups such as Miyagi Art, The Edo Senke Tea Ceremony, and The Sendai Rotary Club for 40 years. Currently, while holding a tea ceremony class within the accommodation, and looking forward to introducing the attractions of the the City of Trees Sendai, to guests from outside the prefecture and abroad.
In the vicinity, there are supermarkets with fresh local seafood, authentic Korean home-cooked restaurants, Gyutan shops, 7-Eleven, and Lawson convenience stores. A large hot spring bath is also a few minutes drive away.
