Ryoko Japó"今回、新横浜アリーナでのイベントの為宿泊しました。そのアーティストのイラストでウエルカムボード（ぽいもの）がフロントに飾られていました。スタッフさんの手書きとのこと、おもてなし感があり歓迎されていることが感じられてうれしかったです。 禁煙希望でしたが空きがなく喫煙で予約しましたが、後日ホテルから連絡あり。禁煙に変更していただきました。 ありがとうございました。"
