On Awaji Island, we've built a private villa with pool and sauna just for you! ★ Parking for 2 cars ★ Accommodates up to 8 pax ★ 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and 1 outdoor shower ★ Fully-equipped washer and dryer ★ Pool measures 5m x 2m x 1.2m deep for both children and adults, Sauna can fit up to 4 pax at once. ★ Electronic BBQ grill and kitchenette, with tableware and cooking utensils, (Please prepare seasonings and ingredients on your own due to hygiene reasons.) ❗️This property is not an entertainment facility. The main purpose of this property is to provide accommodation. Please do not inconvenience the local residents with what can be perceived as amoral behaviour, or actions in poor taste. This may be a once-off for travellers, but for the local residents, this is our "home"; to which we come back to each day, to recover from daily stress in our lives. As a visitor, we kindly ask that you keep that in mind and appreciate that we are sharing our homes with you. We ask that all travellers including the one who made the reservation are made aware of the above and act accordingly. Jumping in the swimming pool is very dangerous and is prohibited. After 9PM please spend time indoors so as to not inconvenience the neighbours. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate to the neighbors and KEEP YOUR VOLUME DOWN We have put up a decibel meter at the property so that you may check your own noise level. If it is to ring, please take that as a sign to keep your noise levels down. If we receive complaints from the neighbours we will have to ask you to leave, regardless of whether you have other accommodation arrangements If this is to occur, please understand that as this is an infringement on your part, we will not be able to provide any refund.
