Hello! My name is Seiya living in Izu peninsula. I'm currently enrolled in graduate school. I've been writing a paper of tax law. And I'm operating a small company of realestate. Unfortunately currently, there are three major problems in the rural areas of Japan: low birthrate and aging population, population decrease, many vacant houses. At one time I was working on politician secretary in Tokyo. However, in order to solve those problems I returned to my hometown and founded a company. I renovate the vacant house and lend it to everyone. In addition, I'm hiring local grandmothers as cleaning staff. All believe that you will know Izu 's wonderful environment and lead to immigration. Situated only 15 minutes by car from JR Ito station. My house located only 30 seconds walk from the Lake Matsukawa (松川湖) and within 10　minutes drive from the supermarket,convenience store,drugstore. Free parking available for guests.(Two car) There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city. For example, Tokaikan(15minutes by car), Mt.Oomuro(10minutes by car),Lake ippeki(10minutes by car).

You can fish rainbow trout and amago in Matsukawa Lake in front of you. It is also an ideal environment for cycling and walking because the promenade is being maintained.
