Hotel Ra Kuun is a 20-minute walk from Lake Ashi and its sightseeing cruise pier. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, and free parking is offered. Guests can choose to stay in Japanese-style rooms with futon bedding or in carpeted rooms fitted with Western beds. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, a fridge. A bath tub and toiletries are included in the en suite bathroom. Ra Kuun Hotel provides in-room massage services at an additional charge. Drink vending machines are available on site. The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride from Hakone-yumoto Train Station, or a 40-minute bus ride from Odawara Train Station. Narukawa Art Museum is a 20-minute walk away. Guests with a breakfast plan can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the dining room. There are some restaurants around Moto-hakone-ko bus stop, which is a 5-minute bus ride or a 25-minute walk away.

Get on either Hakone-Tozan Bus's H Line or Izu-Hakone Bus's Z Line, bound for Hakone-machi.
Get off at Futago-jaya bus stop. Walk straight ahead for another 5 minutes, and you will find the hotel on your left.
Dinner is served only for guests with a half board plan. Guests with a half board plan must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests checking in after this may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
