Designed by Shinji Kagawa, the stylish AKARI et KAORI formerly Taizanso is a 10-minute drive from Shuzenji Train Station. Boasting open-air hot-spring baths and in-room meals, it offers Japanese rooms with traditional futon beds. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Tatami (woven-straw) floors and shoji paper screens create a peaceful atmosphere in the rooms at AKARI et KAORI formerly Taizanso Ryokan. All rooms are air conditioned and include an attached bathroom with bathtub and Western toilet. Niji-no-Sato Theme Park is 3.5 km from the hotel. Shuzen-ji Temple is about a 5 minute walk away. Free on-site parking is available. When not soaking in the baths or delighting in multi-course (kaiseki) meals of seasonal specialities and fresh seafood, guests can enjoy a massage or check out the gift shop.
