Maadest in Phnom Penh provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Some units in the bed and breakfast have private entrance and are fitted with desk and wardrobe. Some units have a seating area and/or a terrace with an outdoor dining area. At the bed and breakfast, certain units are equipped with a kettle and wine or champagne. The bed and breakfast specialises in an à la carte and continental breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. There is a snack bar, and packed lunches are also available. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at Maadest. Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center is 600 metres from the accommodation, while Aeon Mall Phnom Penh is 2.5 km from the property. Phnom Penh International Airport is 11 km away.
