Hello, I am Michael and I am French Canadian with Khmer nationality. I went to study in Canada, Quebec and lived there for 20 years. I came back to Cambodia to run this hotel with my dad. We have now been open for approximately 7 years. I can speak English, French, Khmer and Vietnamese. If you ever need anything or some extra information feel free to message our property !

Hi ! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the city center outskirts ( 10 - 15 Min away from city center ) then we might be perfect for you. We are located right beside Aeon Mall 2 and Chip Mong Sensok Mall. Those are walking distance. Many local and international cuisine available around the area. There is a Mosque area in the mall where you can pray. The area is safe and has been built in the last 10 years so everything is quite new. People consider this the upper scale of the city, the roads are large so less traffic and smog. If you are here to job hunt as a foreign expat or looking for some well deserved rest time away from the noise and bars in the city center we might just be what you need !

Around the area there are many local wedding reception, also big malls and its away from the city center bar/karaokes. The area is quite new, it has been built over the past 10 years, the mall is only about 3-4 years old. The road are big hence less traffic many international schools around us and business center.
People usually come around here to either get away from the city center, attend weddings, process their paperwork/passports look for jobs etc... If you are a night owl there are some ktvs and bars / massage joint around the area too but most are aimed for locals.
