Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood yet within 15 minutes from a major highway, the apartment building sits on a 1/2 acre property. From this vantage several types of birds can be seen since there are an array of fruit trees such as mangoes, bananas, coconuts and avocado pears to name a few. Located on a hill top, on a clear day it offers views of the island of Martinique, the surrounding hills, the Caribbean Sea, stunning sunsets and star gazing opportunities.

The neighbourhood is quiet with a short 20 minutes walk to Rituals Coffee House, the cinema, banking facilities, Dominos Pizza, KFC, coconut water vendors and other food vendors. The supermarkets, Choc beach and the major thoroughfares are only 15 minutes away. Other major hotels and resorts are in close proximity. The nearest established community is Grande Riviere which is a 25 minutes drive away where social services such as churches, schools, medical facilities, recreational facilities, government offices and commercial outlets can be found. The George F. L. Charles Airport is 25 minutes drive away. Taxi services are available at the airport and supermarkets. St. Lucia hosts several international activities throughout the year. The most famous are Jazz festival in May, test match cricket, carnival in July, Jouney Keywol in October, music artiste specials and smaller traditional celebrations like Christmas and New Year.
