Hi there! My name is Jaliya, and I’ve been living here in Kandy, Sri Lanka for the last 36 years. I graduated from University of Greenwich, London in 2010. I enjoy meeting new people and familiarizing myself with other cultures. This is, essentially, why I’ve decided to become a full-time host. I’m enthusiastic about arts and crafts, such as painting, macrame, and many diy projects which you can notice in my place. Looking forward to meeting you! It is only less than five-minute walk from the bus stop and ten-minute drive to Kandy city center. It is located in a fantastic recidential area in Kandy with no disturbance. At just 5 minutes distance you’ll find supermarkets and shops, as well as the "Mahaweli river" which is the longest river in Sri Lanka. The homestay is located near bus stops, and it is easy to commute between the homestay and the city.
