and guest services from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public
holidays).
• Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the
communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central City. Noncompliance with this policy
will result in a €250fine. For rooms featuring a terrace or balcony, an ashtray is provided for
your convenience. A designated smoking area is available in the communal garden.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
