Lalla Fatna
The main house is from the Saadienne Era (16th-17th century). It housed a noble family from Marrakesh and has preserved sculpted plasters and heavy doors, which to this day still give it this dignified look. We added the small modern house with the pool. The 2 patios have a direct pathway, but are very different and have their own characteristics.
During my first trip to Morocco, I fell in love with Marrakesh and its Medina.I took great pleasure renovating the house with talented craftsmen even though big suprises have often slowed the renovation.
From teh airport, our taxi will need 10 minutes to get you to Riad Assala.  A five minute walk from Place Jamaa El Fna, at the Souks gate, the location of Riad Assala is ideal to discover the Medina, Gueliz, Marrakesh country side and to practice on the amazing golf course of the region.
