Located just a 20-minute walk from Jamaa El Fna Square, Riad 02 is decorated in a modern Moroccan style and features a hammam, a hot tub and a rooftop terrace. It is a 5-minute drive from the famous Majorelle Garden, 5 minutes' walk from Medersa Ben Youssef, Marrakech Museum and the souks. All rooms are elegantly decorated and air conditioned, they also include free Wi-Fi access. They are complete with a private bathroom. A continental breakfast is provided daily in the dining room, terrace or guest's room. Guests can also sample traditional Moroccan cuisine prepared by the in-house chef in the evening. Additional features at Riad O2 include a main patio with a fountain and banana trees, living room with a fireplace and rooftop terrace with Berber tents. Spa and hammam treatments are also available for guests. Menara International Airport is 7km away.

We have been regular visitors to Marrakech and Morocco for many years and finally decided to buy this old olive merchant's riad and transform it into comfortable, chic affordable accommodation for visitors to Marrakech.

Welcome to Riad O2 We lovingly completely renovated Riad O2 to include modern facilities and design while respecting the traditional architecture of the building. Riad O2 has a jacuzzi and hammam on site offering massage and hammam treatments. We can also arrange excursions, visits and activities inside and outside of Marrakech, quad biking in the Agafay desert including lunch by a pool, private visits of the souks or the main tourist sites in Marrakech, a day trip to the Ourika Valley or a hot-air balloon ride at dawn... We are here to help you plan your stay as simple or active as you like. Riad O2 can accommodate up to 14 guests in its 6 individually decorated bedrooms. Rachida, our wonderful cook can introduce guests to wonderful traditional Moroccan cuisine. We kindly ask guests to let us know 24 hours in advance if they would like dinner on arrival. We also provide private transfers (paying) to our guests which we recommend as finding Riad O2 in the pedestrian streets can be a little difficult the first time. Our priority is our guests comfort and well-being so don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Come stay with us to discover the magical city of Marrakech and all it has to offer.
