Bedroom : 2 beds 80cm W x195cm L put together 160W x 195L Made up as 1 kingsize ( when 2 persons are staying) Living room : Sofabed 145W x 195L The Sofa bed is ok, on it for more comfort, with an extra gel matras , but it stays a sofa bed! and not considered as a real bed, it’s a cheap solution to stay with 3-4guests! ( only possible on demand with extra or std with reservations from 3 persons) -Bed linen and towels are provided ( see feed) -Shower Soap is to your disposal -House cleaning products are to your disposal -Ultra fast internet wifi in the house Early Arrival : possible on appointment. From 12:30 to drop off luggage, if no one is available. (apartment is ready around 16:30 / 4:00 p.m. for use!) Late arrival after 19 / 7 pm or late after the 1hour agreed time block. - Is possible but will be discussed and agreed about eventually costs, 15E P/H , this also apply if you exceed your 1 hour time block of agreed arrival 15E extra for each started hour of waiting. ( we aren’t a hotel, people are paid per hour) There is a Hotel next the property perfect for breakfast or meeting people. We are very comfortable for 2 persons, but very cheap for 3-4 people solution!!!!! 3-4pers> Sofabed with extra gelmatrass ( we try to do our best!) Read carefully the Fees, Rules & Policies And about check in , here under! 1 FEE for whole stay: WiFi & Sheets & Cleaning At Arrival we ask you a cash fee of 25 Euros by 1-2 persons (When Use of Sofa Bed 30E) 30Euros by 3-4persons I’m Dutch and ex private Conceirge / Fixer of VIP’s in Monaco. I travel a lot due of my actual work! I have help of a friend to rent out my place when I’m traveling around the world! Everything is organized on the highest level. And you can profit free of my services, like reservations or Limo service from or to Airport, advices to visite in Monaco and Riviera! ( it’s free if you have 1-2 réservations per day for restaurants otherwise: 50E per reservation is demanded or when it is for multi star restaurants) We want to make your stay in Monaco memorable !
