This is a family residential building, constructed in June 2017. It has been designed by my cousin and initially for our family members, but also for apartment sale and rent. It is a modern building with 7 floors, that contains luxury aparments with large balconies and fantastic sea view. The interior has been constructed with most quality materials and equipment: oak parquet and doors, travertine natural stone for kitchens and bathrooms, large windows with thermo-insulated glass, electrical shutter, LG air-con equipment and intercom. Every apartment contains bathroom with shower, kitchen, washing machine and free wi-fi. The closest beach is 100m aways from the building, while the closest supermarket is just 20m away. On clients request, we can organize parking or garage inside of the building. We can also provide rent-a-car, or transfer from Tivat, Podgorica, and Dubrovnik airport by car. Our family is always ready to welcome you and organize for your fantastic vacation.
I am Jovana, and I am 35 years old banker. The apartments I am renting belong to our family building. I love traveling, meeting people of different nationalities, religions and cultures. I speak prefect English and Italian language.
Rafailovici is a fisherman's' village, located 5km from Budva and just 2 km from Sveti Stefan, thats has been developed in past few years into a small town with many services, beach bars and restaurants. It is a crossroad between 3 amazing beaches, which are located just few minutes walk from our apartments: 2km long Becici Beach (the longest beach on Budva Riviera), small and intimate beach Stijene (the Rocks beach), and spacious Kamenovo beach with numerous bars and crystal clear sea water.
