Property is located between two beautiful cities, Tivat and Kotor (one of the oldest in Adriatic). It is 7km away from Kotor and 10km away from Tivat and its airport. Property offers clean, tidy and spacious apartments located just 5m from sea and big balconies to enjoy in a beautiful view at the Bay of Kotor (Boka kotorska). Local stores, markets and restaurants are very close.
Our first neighbor is the Sea itself. It is 5m from apartments so you can enjoy in swimming with comfort of proximity of your accommodation. Gourmands can enjoy here because every few hundred meters or so, on the shore, there are restaurants and taverns with local specialties and seafood, domestic wines and local liquors. Also, Prcanj is well known as an air spa and stay here is very useful and healthy for persons with respiratory problems. It has unique micro climate and natural factors of treatments are being used, mainly air rich with essential oils and aerosols of seawater. Behind the property is mountain Vrmac where guests can enjoy many hiking trails.
