Velika Ulcinjska plaza je udaljena 3 km ,mala gradska je veoma blizu laganim hodom za 6-8 min.
Sve smijestene jedinice su klimatizovane,imaju flat-screen TV,dnevni boravak,sef,fen za kosu,wiffi u svakoj smijestenoj jedinici.
U veoma lijepom prostranom dvoristu mozete uzivati u tradicionalna domaca jela i pica.
Gosti ne moraju da brinu o svom autu posto je obezbjedjen parking u dvoriste objekta.
