Situated amid the impressive Durmitor mountain region, on the border of two UNESCO-protected National Parks, the Polar Star hotel offers stylish apartments and spacious rooms with panoramic views, fine Montenegrin cuisine, and an elegant bar. Each apartment in the Hotel Polar Star features a flat-screen satellite TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher. Free WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas. The Polar Star is located in Borje, about 4 km from Zabljak, which is the highest situated town on the Balkans. The Tara River with the second deepest canyon in the world is 21 km away. A ski lift at the hotel is at guests' disposal. Excellent conditions for skiing can be found on the Savin kuk and Javorovača slopes. These slopes also provide unique mountain climbing locations. A wide range of local specialities and wines from all over the world can be enjoyed in the elegant restaurant and the bar.
