Company information

Hello! My name is Milovan and I am a Master in Fine Arts. I do painting and interior design, what is my job and a hobby at the same time. I like Mediterranean spirit and culture, but I am eager to meet people from different places around the world, meet their way of life and also share mine. It's why I always enjoy renting apartments and, whenever available, socialise with my guests. Some of them have already became my good friends. In my spare time, I usually play water polo, tennis or kayaking. I like to travel and spend time in nature. I am also interested in architecture, history and antiquities.

Property information

The property is a four level house with five apartments, situated in a peaceful area near the city center and the beach. As an artist, I gave my best to design the house with style and taste, using the best quality natural materials and unique modern furniture. The space is enriched with works of art, leaving an impression uncommon in standard rental accommodation. With lots of natural light and relaxing atmosphere with the sea-view, you can be sure in spending pleasant time in our apartments.

Neighbourhood information

The house is situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, only five minutes walk from the beach. Between the house and the beach, there are park and stadium, suitable for doing sports and fitness, if you like to spend active holiday. Just near the house, there are supermarket, bakery and a restaurant. Only 15 minutes by feet, there is a city centre, where you can find all the city contents and events.
