My name is Simo Mitrovic and I was born in Cetinje – historical capital of Montenegro – but I have been living all my life in Przno, a small fisherman settlement. My house is situated 50m from the sea, from a wonderful beach in the middle of Budva Bay. I spent my childhood in a nearby picturesque old village called Podlicak where we also own a beautiful house with a breathtaking view of the whole bay; that’s where all my ancestors had grown up. I graduated from High School of Tourism in Budva and I worked for 20 years as a receptionist at a very popular, 4-star hotel Maestral in Przno. Now, I’m completely devoted to my present job – renting the apartments that I made according to the newest, modern standards so that my guests can enjoy every moment of their stay and my sister and me are always at their disposal.

Thank you for your interest in our apartments. Our apartments are located in the Milocer, elite part of Montenegrin coast, 50 meters from the beach. Family tradition During almost four decades we offer accomodation to tourists. Over the time we adapt our accomodation so that meets new trends and guests requirements. We are pleased that the position of our apartments is especially good for dear guests - closeness to the beach, Milocer Forest Park, view of the picturesque Mediterranean village, relaxing green. We provide comfort staying in our apartments through regular cleaning, as well as the availability of free to Internet access and satellite channels.

Pržno se nalazi na 7km udaljenosti od Budve i 25km od aerodroma Tivat. Od Svetog Stefana ga dijele čuvene Kraljičina plaža i Miločerska plaža. U blizini je manastir Praskvica iz 15. vijeka. Plaža Pržno se nalazi ispred istoimenog živopisnog, tipično primorskog naselja, što samoj plaži daje posebnu draž. Proteže se od rta Pržno do rta Miločer. Pržno ima pješčanu plažu dužine 260 metara. Zaledje čine maslinjaci izuzetne vrijednosti, zbog čega se cijeli lokalitet svrstava u spisak zaštićenih prirodnih rezervata. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se hotel »Maestral«, kao i nekoliko ambijentalnih konoba, restorana, pizzerija i kafića koji nude izuzetne gastronomske trenutke.
