「櫃檯人員很熱心的服務，詢問什麼都盡力解答，浴室蓮蓬頭壞掉也很快就修復。原本我要請他幫我叫計程車去巴士總站，結果他竟然主動說，可以請巴士出車來載人，他們有這個服務。其實挺令人意外的，因為我知道，如果櫃檯幫忙叫計程車，通常都會有分潤，這讓我感到非常的貼心及替旅客著想。」
