All the payment of all the room charges or any other arrangement must have to be paid in the US Dollar currency only. The exchange rate will be based on the local bank rate on the check-in date.
Reservations made from 5 November 2014, rates are inclusive of the following benefits:

- 10% discount on buffet dinner at Emporia Restaurant
- 20% discount off regular price for spa or massages at Nemita Spa
The complimentary shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests at the following destinations: Union Business Centre, southern gate of Shwedagon Pagoda, Prime Hill Business Centre, Scott Market, Centre Point Tower, Sakura Tower, Aung San Stadium. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:30 hrs.
Please be informed that the shuttle bus will run between 10:00-18:00 hrs on weekends and public holidays. All schedules are tentative and subject to traffic condition and change without notice. Please contact the property directly for more information.
