Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form 5 days prior to the arrival.

During this period, Athletic Club will operate as usual, please allow our attendants to provide details on access to alternate shower facilities upon your arrival.
Please be advised that there will be maintenance work conducted at selected areas of The St. Regis Spa from September 23-28, 2024 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this period, the spa will operate as usual and although there may be intermittent noise disruptions, the spa team will strive to provide you with the most seamless experience.
