Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 26 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 26 m² living room with double sofa bed (140x180), TV, dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: 4-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, washing machine, etc. - Bedroom 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190), wardrobe, air conditioning - Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC Outside: - A salt swimming pool (shared and unheated), 3m50×5m50 and 1m55 deep with ramp and open from 1 January to 31 December. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - An 18 m² terrace with clothes line and furniture to enjoy the warm weather and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other remarks : - Two small steps at the entrance to the gate. - Rules for using the pool: shower compulsory, access from 9am to 8pm. Swimming pool unsupervised. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
