Our two studios are located in a small holiday residence, itself located on the Domaine Caritan. Well-equipped, they offer either a wide sea view, a view and direct access to the tropical garden, and have direct access to Caritan Beach, just 150 meters away. A restaurant "The People Beach" located about 80 m will allow you to eat and you can even enjoy on "consumption, its beautiful pool. A launderette is present on the Domaine Caritan (100 m). Our studios are located 10 minutes walk (850 m), Sainte-Anne, very colorful village, with these sinners, its daily market, its carnival, its shops and some good restaurants. The well-known Salines Beach is 3 km by foot from a hiking route or 5 km by car, the town of Marin is 8 km away, while the Aimé Césaire International Airport is 40 km away.
Each of our two studios offers a total area of ​​30 m2, one with a magnificent sea view since located on the 2nd and last floor (no nuisance from above), the other with a pleasant view and direct access on the tropical garden. It is also without nuisance from above since without floor. Both equipped to accommodate 4 people plus 1 baby, each studio is air conditioned and consists of a main room with a double bed 160 cm, a sofa bed 140 cm, a flat screen TV and a large wall cabinet. The bathroom offers a shower with column, sink with mirror, hairdryer and toilet. Regarding the studio sea view, to fully enjoy this magnificent view, access the terrace by opening the large bay window. Spacious, you can eat without disturbing you. Regarding the garden view studio, also open the large bay window and access the terrace with its wooden extension to enjoy the garden. To the right of their respective terraces, a closed kitchen fully equipped and completely redone. Bed linen, tea towels, towels and floor mats for the bathroom are provided.
In order to better organize your arrival, please communicate to us in your message your personal email address so that I give you the necessary information when you arrive. Regarding the end of stay cleaning: the accommodation must be left clean on the day of your departure. If you do not want to perform this task yourself, you have the option of a "end of stay cleaning option" charged 50 euros. If you want to take this option, please tell me in your message as well.
