The studio, fully furnished and equipped, is located on the ground floor of a secure residence. Direct access to the beach by the way to the residence in less than 2 minutes on foot. It consists of an entrance with a closet, a bathroom, a day room with two double beds (bed and sofa bed) and a loggia hosting the kitchen, the dining area that overlooks a patio. It is air conditioned and has wifi. It is located in a flowery residence with secure parking, facing the beach and close to all amenities. The living room has: - double bed - sofa - office - low table - storage columns - flat screen TV - fan - WIFI connection The kitchen is equipped: - electric oven - microwave oven - fridge Freezer - gas hob and extractor hood - coffee maker - washing machine - tables and chairs The bathroom is made up of a shower, a WC and cupboards. . Bed linen and towels provided. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, a delay of 48 hours is observed between each reservation in order to clean and disinfect the studio.
