Located in one of the best holliday village in Martinique on the "pointe philippeau", the Ti Paradise studio has a beautiful sea view over the "diamant" and the swimming pool. It gives direct access to a white sand beach. This studio of approximately 23m² and a 9m² patio can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located on the second floor of the Sainte Lucie Building The residence is located in Sainte Luce, 20km from the airport, 7 minutes from Plantation Trois Rivières, 30 minutes from Anses d’Arlet and Habitation Clément…
The studio is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located in the centre of the village. You will have a patio with outdoor kitchen of 9 m². Its positioning in front of the sea and the swimming pool makes it ideal for couples or families with children. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for a good stay: a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a combined oven (microwave, grill, convection oven), a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker , a toaster, hotplates. A launderette and a convenience store (souvenirs, food, etc.) are also available in the same building. Attention from September 4 to October 13 the swimming pool is inaccessible, the restaurants of the residence closed and no animations of Pierre&Vacances.
You benefit from the LoisiPASS which offers you all the advantages of the holliday village residence, namely access to the beach, the swimming pool, the petanque, tennis and basketball courts, the ping-pong tables (loan of raquette included) … The residence has two restaurants with Caribbean flavors, a snack bar by the pool (very affordable prices) as well as a "Ti Case" snack bar open in the evening offering dishes, pizzas, desserts to take away. Throughout your stay, you will be offered various entertainment and festive evenings. You will also have at your disposal: - A "Jet Adventure" excursion office offering outings and activities (excursion to discover turtles and dolphins, jet ski, fly board, etc.) - A "Kariba diving" diving center which offers diving trips around the diamond, baptisms or even PADI and FFESSM training. Parents can drop off their children at the residence club to enjoy solo moments with peace of mind. The children's club (paying) welcomes children from 3 to 11 years old. We also provide for your outings, a cooler with ice packs, Tupperware, plastic flutes, corkscrews...
