This spacious and modern apartment offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay, located within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful St. Thomas Bay. The apartment features a fully air-conditioned bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a large L-shaped living room sofa for entertainment purposes. The fully-equipped kitchen with a large island is ideal for preparing meals, and both the kitchen and living area are air-conditioned for your comfort. Relax on the large front terrace, offering a view of the bustling streets. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet and the other en suite. Fast internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property, and you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large 55” smart TV with Netflix. With over 120m2 of living space, the property is very spacious. Guests can enjoy 24-hour self-check-in, with detailed instructions provided a few days before arrival. Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 slights of stairs), with no elevator/lift.
