Relax on the large front terrace, offering a view of the bustling streets. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet and the other en suite. Fast internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property, and you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large 55” smart TV with Netflix. With over 120m2 of living space, the property is very spacious. Guests can enjoy 24-hour self-check-in, with detailed instructions provided a few days before arrival. Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 slights of stairs), with no elevator/lift. The property is in a residential area, so guests are asked to respect the neighbors by not hosting parties or events and keeping noise levels down after 9 pm. Street parking is available, though we cannot guarantee availability; typically, you can find parking within a 2-5 minute walk.
