A new first floor apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment enjoys plenty of natural light, it is modern and comfortably furnished. The premises has a lift however there is a short flight of steps to access the lift. It includes two balconies and a small internal yard. Situated in a quite area at 5 minute walk from St Thomas Bay, and within walking distance from Marsaskala Promenade, restaurants, playing fields, shops for daily needs and access to public transport.
The owner would be available by phone and might be available in person during the day.
It is situated at 5 minutes walking distance from the St Thomas Bay. A bus stop is located just down the road. Playing fields, shops for daily needs, bars and restaurants are located within walking distance. Guests could enjoy a lovely walk along Marsaskala promenade all along the bay and stop for some refreshments or luch/dinner in one of the restaurants by the sea. For the more adventurous one could walk along St Thomas bay and all the way to Delimara while enjoying the beautiful views from Munxar and from Xrobb l-Għaġin Nature Park.
