Brand new, cosy rooms with private bathrooms, finished in a very modern, chic style. Conveniently located in a very safe & sought after area of Sliema, right next to the sea. Just 2 mins walking distance from restaurants, beaches, nightlife, bars, bus stops, and all amenities. Yet, still in a quiet area just off the main street, allowing for a good night rest. All rooms include:Air-conditioning (both cooling ❄ & heating), TV in room, Private bathrooms with shower, Lockable room, Shared Kitchenette and 24-hour self-check-in. Being situated on ground floor - very easy to access, no stairs to carry luggage up., with minimal steps. Other room features include: Large double bed (140 x 200cm), Large wardrob, Desk, chair and desk lamp - ideal for working on laptop, reading etc., Bedside tables and lamps. Use of kitchenette (shared), which includes: Induction cooker, Samsung Combination Microwave & Oven, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Italian Coffee Maker (Mocha), Fridge/Freezer 🛎️ Mandatory Online Check-In Before your arrival, please complete our online check-in and upload a copy of your passport. Safe and extremely friendly neighbourhood, located in Sliema - the most sought after location in Malta. A 5-min ferry ride away to Valletta, and also great bus-stop connections to all the island including St. Julians / Paceville, Valletta, Mellieha, Golden Bay, Riviera Beach, St. Peter's Pool, and more. Located just off the beautiful Sliema-Gzira-Ta' Xbiex promenade and beaches.
