ABOUT THE PROPERTY: This studio heritage apartment served with lift is set in a historical home opposite the Grand Harbour in the Threee Cities. Situated in a serene location while central and close to the bus stops, ferry to Valletta, restaurants, shops and cultural and historic attractions. Wrought iron beams, crafted slab ceilings, traditional Maltese patterned floor tiles with all the modern amenities thrown in.
THE SPACE: This accomodation comes with what you need to relax or to be productive: A table that doubles as a working desk with blazing speed internet access, wired ethernet, USB charging points and universal sockets that keeps you productive: Ideal for the Digital Nomad. A well equipped kitchen inclusive of washer-dryer for longer term accomodation, espresso machine, toaster, microwave and oven, hob, ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sizeable high pressure shower, king size bed, a plush sofa, 43 inch TV with the possibility to access your Netflix subscription and other channels, etc. Plus your own Maltese handcrafted wrought iron open balcony commanding amazing views of the port & harbour.
Neighbourhood information
This Savynomad accomodation is easily accessible from No. 5 Fortini Ta Felic, Bormla. The entrance takes you straight to elevator and to your apartment number 3 at second floor level. Free non-metered street parking right in front of the accomodation. Pharmacies, shops and restaurants are only a 3 minutes walk away, while bus stop, groceries, cafe and snack bars a 1 minute walk. The lovely ferry to Valletta is only a 5 minute walk away and you would be in Valletta in 10 minutes. You will appreciate the authentic Maltese character and lifestyle of local people in their day-to-day environment. This apartment is literally sitting right on the Harbour front with breathtaking views. It is close to Palumbo shipyard and its superyacht operation, as well as the American University of Malta (AUM). Lovely rocky beaches are also available within walking distance.
This is another jewel in the SAVYNOMAD series of properties that have been renovated while retaining all the original heritage features. It is all set within a minimal industrial style design compatible with the port and harbour atmosphere that lies outside.
