It includes a spacious living area, front and back balconies, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom and accommodates 6 people. The place is also equipped with a functional kitchen. The property's air conditioners are connected to a Coin Meter that operates at 0.25c/unit. The coin meter accepts 1eur or 2eur coins. Baby cot available upon request. The neighbouring towns of Msida are Valletta, Sliema, Ta' Xbiex, Gżira, San Ġwann, Birkirkara, Santa Venera, Ħamrun and Pietà. The patron saint of Msida is Saint Joseph while the protector is The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. For a week and a half in July, the town celebrates the feast of St. Joseph. The feast of Msida is also famous for its traditional game il-Ġostra.
