The fine printMust-know information for guests at this property
• The property can be reached by speed boat which takes 45 minutes from Velana International Airport.
• Please get in touch with the property for more details on transfer arrangements. Kindly share your flight details with the property at least 7 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer.
• The transfer arrangements need to be made in advance; hence payment is required at the time of booking. Transfer charges are not included in the room rate and are payable directly to the property.
• Seed Boat Transfer Fees: Adults (12 years and above): USD 175, Children (2 years to 11 years): USD 85, Infants (below 2 years): Complimentary.
• A green tax of USD 12 per person per night is applicable starting 1/1/2025. This tax is not applicable for children 0-2 years old.
• Gala Dinner Supplements for Christmas Eve (24 December) and for New Year's Eve (31 December) are included in the price.
• Group Booking Policy: Reservations of more than 5 rooms will be classified as a group booking. A nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
