It is a big house with 7 rooms, with private bathroom each, that are RENTED INDEPENDENTLY. If you want the house EXCLUSIVELY for you, you must rent the 7 rooms.
The property is located 1 block from the sea and the beautiful Loreto Pier.
All rooms share:
~ a large garden with fruit trees and beautiful flowers.
~ huge cage with birds and rabbits.
~ tables and chairs in the garden.
~ meat grill and seafood platter.
~ wooden dining room.
~ Community kitchen with double stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, orange extractor, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and PURIFIED WATER.
